1. REFUND POLICY

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the item(s) please notify us immediately and send it back to us within 7 days after receiving it for a full refund. Returned shipping cost shall be paid by the buyer. Item must be received in the same condition as when the item was shipped from our end (no exceptions).

2. SHIPPING & INSURANCE

Domestic

Our primary shipping carrier is United State Postal Service (USPS). We normally use either parcel post or priority mail depending on the size and weight of the item. As a general guide bigger and heavier item(s) that doesn't fit in any of the standard USPS boxes ships via Parcel Post (5-10 days delivery) to save on shipping. All others ships via Priority Mail (3-6 days delivery).

We will not be held responsible for any item lost, damaged or stolen during transit. It is recommended that you buy an insurance so that you can claim such lossess when it happens. It is the buyers responsibility to let us know if he/she wants to purchase an insurance. Insurance cost will be dependent to the actual coverage amount desired. Any insurance claim must be claimed by the buyer directly with the insurer (i.e. United State Postal Service). We will provide assistance in providing information for the claim only.

International

International Buyers are welcome. We exclusively use United State Postal Service as our international shipping carrier. We ship our item via USPS Priority Mail International (7-14 days delivery) includes tracking information.

Buyer will be responsible for any custom or import fees that maybe imposed with the item. Please make sure that you are familiar and understand your specific country's custom requirements prior to purchasing an item from us. I will normally mark the item as "gift" on the custom forms and declare a value per the buyers instructions (i.e. declare $80 for a $300 item price). Declaring item value below $100 insures that you won't be taxed by Customs but please make sure you do your research and check your own country's custom requirements.

In regards to insurance, I would recommend buyers to purchase it to cover those rare instances of lost and damaged package. However if you do purchase an insurance, we will have to declare the full value of the item on the customs forms for full insurance coverage. Insurance will only cover up to the declared value of the item. Any insurance claim must be claimed by the buyer directly with the insurer (i.e. United State Postal Service). We will provide assistance in providing information for the claim only.

3. PAYMENT

Paypal is our primary payment method. For those who doesn't have Paypal, you can sign up at their official website https://www.paypal.com Signing up is free!
